Account Executive - Munich / Hybrid €120k
This fast-growing SaaS start-up offers a connected worker platform for frontline digital transformation. Their simple mobile-first solution digitizes and streamlines human-led processes in production and brings AI and workflow automation to the desktopless workforce!
Your role
You will lead the entire sales process to ensure key sales metrics are achieved, with a focus on new business. You will formulate your own go-to-market strategy and create qualified target customer lists. You drive pipeline development through a combination of customer contacts, marketing campaigns and market knowledge. You develop a sales pipeline and close deals to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience selling SaaS
- Experience closing enterprise and bigger mid-sized companies
- Generated over €1mil ARR per year
- Hunter mentality
- Fluency in German and English language
