Your Role - Sales Engineer
You will be first point of contact for qualified prospects, conducting engaging product demonstrations and helping customers to see the benefits and features of the software.
You will collaborate closely with the engineering, product, sales and customer success teams, directly reporting to the Team Lead to enable a successful implementation of the software solution.
You will be communicating with customers at all levels of seniority within enterprise organisations, from operations assistants to C-Suite executives and high-ranking decision makers.
Requirements - Sales Engineer
2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A mature and professional approach, strong relationship-building skills
Able to confidently communicate complex product features to decision-makers at all levels
Good basic technical understanding of SaaS products (B2B SaaS background ideal)
Fluent in both German and English
