Senior Product Manager - Fully Remote - €85k

Our client is an all-in-one recycling and waste management platform aiming to move towards a zero-waste future. Their SaaS solution allows companies to gain end-to-end control and transparency over their recycling and waste management systems in order to help the environment and reduce waste. Whilst a start-up, they're already partnered with some of the biggest companies in the world, including McDonald's, Bosch and Johnson & Johnson. They're looking to use their current momentum to grow, expand and make even more of an impact.

Your Role -Senior Product Manager 

Our client is looking for a Senior PM to work on their core product, the SaaS solution. The position would involve working closely with a Technical Team of developers, as well as mentoring and developing Junior Product Managers on your team. 

You lead the development of the core product through collaboration across the entire organisation to ensure we are always executing on their shared vision.

You are the day-to-day point person in the engineering teams to ensure complex requirements are broken down into clear simple objectives & acceptance criteria to maximise value.

You use data and UX research to gather insights, refine solutions and justify your decisions.

You own outcome oriented targets and ensure teams are enabled to deliver them, moving easily between ‘big picture’ thinking and finite granular details.
