The Role
- Our client seeks a dynamic B2B Senior Sales Executive with a proven track record in the B2B SaaS or maritime sector to join their London team.
- You will be securing new business and strategically expanding existing accounts. You will manage the full sales lifecycle in a high-touch outbound model, working within a niche, high-value client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Ownership & Deal Management
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Drive sales cycles of 2 months for smaller deals and up to 6 months for larger opportunities.
- New Business Development: Generate 70% of revenue through new business by engaging prospects with tailored, consultative sales strategies.
- Account Growth: Expand existing accounts (30% of revenue) by identifying opportunities for additional value and ensuring long-term client success.
- Best Practices: Implement and leverage best practices and processes in B2B SaaS sales to ensure consistent performance.
What You Bring
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with technology solutions for shipping or commodities.
- Experience in commodity trading sectors (oil, gas, grains, minerals, etc.) and European trading regions.
- Exceptional client engagement skills and VIP customer service capabilities.
- Location: London (Hybrid)
- Salary: £80 - 110k base plus commission
