VP of Engineering - Fully Remote - €120k

Our client is an exciting new start-up set out to build the most accessible marketing technology for the future. Their customers already generate more than 2 million unique visitors per month on their funnels, and they want to continue providing them with the fastest, most intuitive and most simplistic software experience possible. The current focus is increasing the stability and quality of everything they do to scale internationally.

Your Role - VP of Engineering 

You will be responsible to grow the engineering team from 5 to 11 engineers.

You will build the overall technology strategy and vision.

You will drive innovation and create new experiences that will delight the customers and the millions of visitors.

You will take over responsibility for companywide software stability and performance.

Requirements - VP of Engineering 

You have experience scaling teams 10 + people.

You have experience managing teams of 30+ people.

You have experience within a SaaS company.

You have a deep level of understanding and knowledge of backend and frontend systems.

You have been coding backend and frontend systems, and maintaining architectures and infrastructure for several years in JavaScript.

You speak & write English fluently.
