Last week was a big week for Impala Search after the end of our third quarter. These meetings are always looked forward to as they give us a real insight into what has been happening within the company and what plans Impala has for the future.

This meeting was super exciting as Rob & Ivan laid out the 3-year vision for Impala Search and went into detail about where our roles could end up in the future. We celebrated our record year so far, welcomed our two new hires, Kathrine and Guillaume and a well-deserved promotion from Senior Consultant to Principal Consultant for Emilio.

We ended the meeting and headed off for food and drinks at one of our favourite spots in London. For me, being able to come together as a company, celebrate one another and get excited about the future is a fantastic feeling. It makes me proud to work at Impala!
