Over the past few weeks, I was fortunate enough to attend a series of talks by Vanessa Raath, a veteran of the recruitment industry with over 15 years of experience sourcing for global talents in the tech market.

Her specific expertise in sourcing and finding 'unicorn' candidates was incredibly insightful and informative when it comes to finding the candidates that others can't find.

Since the sessions, I've been able to pick up multiple useful methods that I have been able to carry forward personally and implement into my own resourcing. Sharing everything I have learned with the rest of the team over here at Impala was also a hugely rewarding experience, and I think we'll all be more successful for it.
