Last week Impala Search had the honour of partnering with Wild Code school, a European tech school offering lifelong learning programs at 20+ campuses remotely or at the company's offices.
In today's digital age, coding and computer science skills have become essential for securing well-paying jobs and participating in the global economy. However, for many refugees and disadvantaged communities, accessing quality education in these fields can be a challenge. This is where we came in to provide our extensive knowledge and expertise within the technology field.
Callum Russell and Ivan Lechev travelled to Berlin to deliver a 3-hour workshop on how to approach CV writing, interview preparation and applying for jobs. In order to provide individuals with access to job opportunities that would otherwise be out of reach.
Following this, we set up 1:1 mock interviews and feedback sessions with all 39 junior engineers and our team based in London. To empower individuals with the essential skills they need to build successful careers in the tech industry and improve their overall quality of life.
This was a huge honour to make a difference to these individuals who came from all walks of life and who will shape the coding talent of tomorrow. As ever, we are always here to help engineers of all seniorities find their dream job!
