Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

As CCO, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and success. You’ll be responsible for generating new revenue, both by tapping into your personal network and by leading a high-performing sales team. You’ll shape go-to-market strategy, develop long-term relationships with key clients, and identify new business opportunities. 

You’ll work closely with product and technical teams to sell custom solutions that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations. You’ll manage key partnerships with influential organizations, expanding your network, and ensuring a place at the forefront of the industry. This is a hands-on role where you’ll not only lead but also roll up your sleeves and dive into the action.

What we’re looking for:

- Extensive experience securing large, multi-year projects in consulting or tech environments

- A proven track record of building strong, long-term client relationships and being the go-to person for new projects

- Digital expertise with a solid understanding of modern technologies, including AI and virtual reality, and how to leverage them for business growth

- Strong leadership skills with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams

- Bilingual in German and English, able to switch between both languages effortlessly
