Our client is an industry leader in the Media and Entertainment sector, providing highly scalable and modular B2B Software-as-a-Service solutions. Serving some of Germany's largest B2C corporations, their innovative platform reaches over 1 million users daily, solidifying their market position in the DACH region.

Role:

The purpose of this role is to drive both the technical and strategic direction of the company. As the Technical Chief Executive Officer, you will oversee the engineering teams while also shaping the overall business strategy, including expanding into new geographical markets.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the technology teams in developing and delivering advanced B2B SaaS solutions.

- Establish and prioritize the technology roadmap, guiding the architecture and development efforts.

- Shape the company's overall strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market expansion.

- Mentor and support team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies and tools.

Qualifications:

- Strong technical background with hands-on experience.

- Proven experience managing teams in roles such as Director, VP, or Chief Technology Officer.

- Business acumen and the ability to shape company strategy and drive market expansion.

- Passionate about Media and Entertainment technology.
