Your Role - Chief Product Officer 

Identifying and curating a product vision and strategy and co-developing the product roadmap

Develop and grow the product teams in your image whilst setting the foundations for product practices in line with the broader operating model to attract and retain the best product talent in Europe (on-site/remote)
Building up the B2B managed marketplace, comprised of pricing/cost data, matching and prediction models, as well as integrations and databases
Identifying new growth opportunities across geographies, customer segments, and
distribution channels that our product can unlock

Work as a 'hands-on' Product Manager whilst growing and developing your team of PMs, designers and analysts.

Requirements - Chief Product Officer 

Willingness to complete a management team (founders + executives) in its early days
Experience in building full-stack web applications, preferably in B2B, e-commerce and marketplace models
A track record in an early-stage VC-backed startup (pre-seed/seed)
Passionate about managing teams and have experience in taking responsibility and
accountability for your team’s outcomes
Comfortable with broad product requirements and enjoy participating in the product
conceptualisation phase
A desire to build your own team and team culture, alongside methodologies and approach to Product
