Role Description:

The Chief Technology and Product Officer (CTO) will play a critical role in shaping the technological direction of the company, ensuring continued innovation and excellence in product delivery. You will oversee the technology, product, and R&D departments, driving the development of a robust roadmap and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

 - Lead the technology, product, and R&D teams in delivering advanced IoT-enabled solutions.

 - Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, focusing on innovation and scalability.

 - Drive the growth of the product development team by 25%, ensuring high performance and cohesion.

 - Oversee the development of digital twins and predictive maintenance capabilities.

- Maintain strong communication channels with investors, providing updates on technology and product advancements.

Qualifications:

 - Extensive experience in leading software and hardware development teams.

 - Proven track record in managing and growing technology teams.

 - Strong background in ClimateTech, IoT, or related fields.

 - Experience in working with large-scale, long-term projects.

 - Excellent communication skills, particularly with investors and stakeholders.
