Your Role - Chief Technology Officer
Translating the mission and product vision into technical challenges and co-developing the
product roadmap
Making decisions on the platform and data architecture (still in its very early days) as well as
the company’s tech stack that brings us to the next stage in our tech journey
Develop the engineering and product teams while setting the foundations for engineering
practices in line with the broader operating model to attract and retain the best engineering
talent in Europe (on-site/remote)
Building up the B2B managed marketplace, comprised of pricing/cost data, matching and
prediction models as well as integrations and databases
Identifying new growth opportunities across geographies, customer segments, and
distribution channels that our product can unlock
Requirements - Chief Technology Officer
Willingness to complete a management team (founders + executives) in its early days
Experience in building full-stack web applications, preferably in B2B, e-commerce and market
place models
A track record in an early-stage VC-backed startup (pre-seed/seed)
Passionate about managing teams and have experience in taking responsibility and
accountability for your team’s outcomes
Comfortable with broad product requirements and enjoy participating in the product
conceptualisation phase
Actively stay up-to-date and are curious about engineering culture and ways of working with a
desire to build your own team and team culture
