Our client is an early-stage start-up with a mission to change the world of online selling. With large corporations having an unfair advantage with various internal complex operations, our client is trying to change this by building a modern tool using laser-fast data integrations with an intricate yet intuitive UI/UX to help with the automation of day-to-day operations for online sellers.
Your Role - Chief Technology Officer
Our client is now looking for a Chief Technology Officer who will lead their entire technical architecture efforts and manage their rapidly scaling technical team. You will also be in charge of running their entire system. The individual will not be required to be hands-on; instead, they will manage and review their team's code and architectural design work.
Requirements - Chief Technology Officer
Identifying and curating a product vision and strategy and co-developing the product roadmap
Develop and grow the product teams in your image whilst setting the foundations for product practices in line with the broader operating model to attract and retain the best product talent in Europe (on-site/remote)
Building up the B2B managed marketplace, comprised of pricing/cost data, matching and prediction models, as well as integrations and databases
Identifying new growth opportunities across geographies, customer segments, and
distribution channels that our product can unlock

Work as a 'hands-on' Product Manager whilst growing and developing your team of PMs, designers and analysts.
