Your Role - CRM Manager 

The Senior CRM Manager will develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include optimizing lead-to-sale conversion rates, cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and customer service teams, and direct consultation with the CMO on marketing and CRM strategies.

Requirements - CRM Manager 

Minimum 5 years experience in CRM management.

Demonstrated experience in CRM systems and process implementation.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for digital marketing trends.

Proficiency in the German language.

Ability to independently establish CRM systems from scratch and assist in selecting new tools.
