Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented Engineering Manager to lead a global team working on a complex, multi-faceted platform. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, driving technical excellence while fostering an innovative and high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities:

 - Oversee the development and enhancement of platform features using technologies like Typescript & React, ensuring top-tier quality, security, and scalability.

 - Interpret complex data to deliver actionable insights and guide decision-making.

 - Partner with product and engineering stakeholders to ensure a smooth, iterative development process.

 - Contribute to defining the product and technology roadmap, working closely with peers and cross-functional teams.

 - Lead the team in solving challenging technical issues and maintaining best development practices.

 - Support team growth by mentoring and guiding engineers, encouraging continuous improvement.

 - Promote a diverse, collaborative culture where all team members’ ideas are valued.

Qualifications:

 - Strong experience in solving performance issues and optimizing technical solutions.

 - Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, leading teams to innovate and work autonomously.

 - Experience developing tools for enhancing developer experience (e.g., CLI, SDK).

 - Skilled in JavaScript (Node.js, React) and have experience working in cloud environments.

 - Understand design patterns, microservices architecture, REST APIs, and have experience applying Test Driven Development.

 - Passionate about privacy, security, high-performance systems, and mentoring team members, with strong communication and leadership skills.
