An AI-first company at the intersection of data, technology, and private equity is seeking a Founder Associate to work directly with its leadership team in building, optimising, and scaling the business. Partnering with US-based private equity funds, the company delivers practical, high-impact AI solutions that transform business operations.

This role offers a rare opportunity to gain deep, hands-on experience in the AI sector while observing first-hand how a high-growth business is built from the ground up. It is not purely strategic; the successful candidate will be involved in driving operational excellence, shaping processes, and leading projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and optimise core company processes with an AI-first approach (e.g., knowledge management, recruiting, finance, business development)

- Research AI tools, strategies, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge

- Support and lead AI projects for US-based private equity funds

- Prepare tailored sales pitches and business development materials for PE clients

- Develop functional prototypes using no-code AI tools

Candidate Profile

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-growth scale-up (Series A+) or top-tier management consulting (MBB)

- Aspiration to pursue an entrepreneurial career in the future

- Strong passion for data, technology, and artificial intelligence

- Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-focused approach

- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Highly structured and an excellent communicator
