Your Role - Head of Engineering 

Build, lead and grow an amazing tech-team (engineers spread over Backend, Mobile, SRE, Data Science and QA) and the outlook to increase the number in the years to come

Shape technological and company decisions, work on complex scalability problems

Construct a world-class product for millions of highly retained and loyal users, where your decisions and the work of your team has an immediate effect

Become one of the key leaders to shape my client's path, growing the leading location-based communication service and one of Europe’s most interesting tech-companies

Requirements - Head of Engineering 

More than 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, working in highly scalable applications

More than 2 years leading Engineering teams as a Tech Lead or Line Manager

Hands-on experience in most aspects of scalable user-facing applications, from mobile development to distributed systems and databases, to automated testing

Very good product affinity and strong user orientation, as we need your skills to extend into all fields that ultimately serve the user

You continuously develop yourself and are aware of the latest trends in Software Engineering as well as Software Team Management
