My client is the fastest-growing HR-Tech startup on a mission to revolutionise remote work. Their B2B Saas platform supports employees to travel & work from anywhere without the legal risks. They are building a platform where compliance risks are meticulously analysed before implementing any risk mitigation measures. Having already secured over 100 clients, including major players like Scout24, Volvo, and Vodafone, they are changing the labour landscape. Their innovative approach, top-tier VC investors, and a team of over 20 skilled professionals are driving growth and propelling them to generate an impressive ARR of over 1 million.

Your Role - Head of Engineering 

Choose the WorkFlex tech stack and develop the technical vision and strategy

Grow the team from 1 engineer to over 10 engineers within the next year

Demonstrate a hands-on mentality and willingness to roll up your sleeves to solve technical challenges yourself

Be part of the founding team to define and refine the company's overall product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

Requirements - Head of Engineering 

Proven experience as a technical leader or CTO in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

Expertise in software engineering, architecture, and design principles, with hands-on experience in multiple tech stacks

Strong business acumen and ability to align technology strategy with overall business objectives

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and scaling engineering teams

A passion for innovation and creativity, with a willingness to take calculated risks and experiment with new ideas and approaches
