Job Title: Principal Fullstack Engineer

Location: Boston / Hybrid

Role:

As the Principal Engineer, you will report to the VP of Engineering. They're a growing team that’s rapidly building and iterating on software built on AWS with React, Node, and other technologies. As a Principal team member, you will be expected to contribute to high-level decision making, set a high standard for internal development and work closely to help junior engineers progress in their careers. 

Responsibilities:

- End to End technical ownership of key areas of the application, including new features and extensions to the product.

- Design, develop, and deploy code with a focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability

- Mentor and support team members, helping them achieve their career objectives.

- Writing code as an individual contributor across the stack in order to advance our product and engineering roadmaps

- You will build strong points of view on the vision, engineering and architecture of the application and lead complex initiatives to drive change 

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a developer in a Saas company.

- Proven experience of end-to-end ownership of complex engineering initiatives

- Experience with React, Node & Typescript

- Oriented to creating real business value, balancing technical considerations with the business implications
