Position Overview:
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive insights and innovation within the healthcare sector. You will collaborate closely with engineers and the product team in a fast-paced environment to develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions that address critical challenges in healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in Python, SQL, and R to analyze complex healthcare datasets and develop predictive models.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, define project requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights and drive decision-making.
- Develop and deploy scalable algorithms and data pipelines to support real-time analytics and decision support systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate on solutions to continuously improve outcomes.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, healthcare technology, and regulatory requirements to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Over 5 years of professional experience in data science, with a focus on Python.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and R, with demonstrated experience in data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven track record of applying machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
