Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager

Role:

The purpose of this role will be to spearhead the technological direction of the company, ensuring they maintain their leadership in the FitTech industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the technology teams, driving innovation, and executing strategies that align with the company's growth and profitability goals.

Responsibilities:

- As the manager of the Connectivity team you will manage a large scrum team of engineers working to develop the vision and career growth of your team.

- Establish and prioritize the technology roadmap, guiding the architecture and development efforts alongside the Product team.

- Mentor and support team members, helping them achieve their career objectives.

- Evaluate and integrate advanced technologies and tools.

- Set goals for and guide teams toward success on those goals around scalability, security, and quality.

Qualifications:

- Experience managing multiple teams.

- Experience working in Series B+ organisations.

- You are experienced in managing mixed engineering teams including backend and mobile.

- You are passionate about infrastructure and building products that accelerate other software teams or reduce friction.
