Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Munich HQ - The role can be fully remote, office based or hybrid.
Our client is a Munich-based cybersecurity start-up, backed by some of the best software entrepreneurs in Europe. They empower online marketers to detect and eliminate bots in their marketing and analytics data.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial acquisition to closing deals.
- Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals, follow up diligently, and excel in pricing and contract negotiations.
- Opportunity Tracking: Maintain records of all opportunities in Salesforce and ensure consistent follow-through.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing insights and best practices to help them succeed.
Qualifications:
- Startup mindset: Make things happen, self-learning, winning attitude, go above and beyond, out-of-the-box thinking
- Proven Sales Experience: Experience in B2B sales, particularly within online marketing or ad tech.
- Online Marketing Expertise: Broad understanding of online marketing, including expertise in Google products such as Google Ads, DV360, Google Analytics etc.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong ability to understand, anticipate, and address customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Bilingual Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
- Self-Motivated: High level of self-discipline and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
