Role Description:
You will join as a (Senior/Staff) AI Engineer, responsible for designing and deploying advanced agentic AI systems that operate in complex, real-world environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement agentic workflows powered by LLMs, optimising for performance, reliability and real-world applicability.
- Build intelligent agents capable of interacting with external APIs, structured data and dynamic environments.
- Develop voice-enabled AI systems, including transcription pipelines and dialogue management capabilities.
- Implement memory, retrieval systems and state management to enable persistent, context-aware agent behaviour.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy production-ready AI systems.
- Design and run experiments to evaluate performance, correctness and hallucination rates of AI systems.
- Translate high-level product requirements into scalable, testable AI features.
- Contribute to the evolution of agentic system design, pushing beyond prompt engineering into full decision-making architectures.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models and modern AI frameworks.
- Understanding of agentic systems, including tool use, reasoning and memory architectures.
- Experience building systems that interact with APIs, databases and external environments.
- Familiarity with voice systems, conversational AI or multimodal AI is highly beneficial.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience deploying systems into production.
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
- Passion for building real-world AI systems that go beyond prototypes into impactful products.
