Our client is an exciting GreenTech SaaS start-up in the recycling industry looking for the first SRE to join their team to start as an Individual Contributor before moving into a Leadership role as the team grows.

The SaaS platform allows you to gain end-to-end control of your recycling processes, as well as connecting you to their wide range of independent recycling companies to ensure you can meet all of your recycling needs. Their innovative product has taken over the GreenTech scene, and current clients include companies like McDonald's, Johnson & Johnson and Bosch.

 

They're a remote first company throughout Germany, and also offer 3 month 'workations' annually, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. However, they also have offices in Hamburg and Berlin for those who wish to work with their colleagues. 

 

Your Role - SRE Lead 

To maintain uptime and site reliability and communicate with engineers and developers to prevent issues

Remain 'on call' during working hours to solve problems at short notice

Work as an individual contributor whilst a team is built around you in the medium-term

Requirements - SRE Lead 

5+ years experience as an SRE

Experience with Grafana and Prometheus

Ability to work hands-on as an Individual Contributor

Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
