Job Title - Tech Lead (Kotlin)
Salary - €105,000
Location - Berlin (Remote in Germany)

Specialising in energy efficiency and sustainability, our client's SaaS solution enhances building performance. The platform provides transparent energy consumption data, visualizing it to help reduce CO2 emissions and boost resource efficiency.

The Role:

- Spend up to 70% of your time coding while designing, developing, and maintaining complex software products.
- Lead technical decision-making, guiding the development team, and communicating the technical vision to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the product team to identify and validate ideas, and partner with the Product Delivery Lead to ensure successful delivery and remove technical blockers.

The Requirements: 

- 2+ years in a technical management role.
- 8+ years of JVM experience.
- Proven record of scaling and maintaining SaaS applications.
- Happy to work in a remote-first international environment.
