Role: 

The purpose of this role will be to lead and execute the design and development of key products and services to help them execute their mission of becoming the market leader in this space.  You will also be tasked with assessing the current engineering landscape, best practices, and processes and ways of working, developing a long-term vision and plans to execute on that vision. 

Responsibilities:

- To lead the engineering teams in designing, developing, and delivering state-of-the-art AI-driven healthcare solutions. 

- You will set the priorities, build the roadmap, and lead the architecture and engineering teams. 

- Drive your team towards their career goals, identify milestones, and set them up for success along the way

- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies and tools 

- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers

Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with backend software development (Java, Python, C++, Go etc).

- DevOps and Automation, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing. 

- AI/ML Knowledge

- Experience with Big Data technologies using Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake

- Cloud Technologies: Experience with leading cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure. 

- Passionate about Data & AI.
